How to pick up my order
Who can pick up?
The order holder presents proof of identity at pickup.
Pickup by someone else
Contact us on WhatsApp with your ID card (CNI) and that of the person who will pick up.
Send a formal message authorizing them.
We set up a WhatsApp call at pickup time to confirm.
Place and time
The pickup time is agreed with you. The place and time are confirmed to you by WhatsApp.
How long is the device kept?
The device is kept for 7 days at the pickup point from the moment it is ready (you are informed). After that, the order is closed and no refund is possible (neither the product, nor shipping, nor payment fees).
Shipping and customs clearance
- Shipping from Canada to Cameroon is paid; the amount is shown in the cart before you pay.
- Pickup at the pickup point in Douala or Yaoundé is free.
- Customs clearance is not handled by iMara: once the phone has been picked up, it is up to the customer to clear it themselves if they wish.
