Your loved one picks up
The phone is picked up in Douala or Yaoundé, at the pickup point. The place and time are confirmed to you by WhatsApp.
Who can pick up the order?
The order holder presents proof of identity at pickup. For someone else to pick up in your place, contact us on WhatsApp with your ID card (CNI) and theirs, and send a formal message authorizing them; we set up a WhatsApp call at pickup time to confirm. The place and time are confirmed to you by WhatsApp.

- IMEI: the listing states whether the device’s IMEI has been verified.
- Grade: New, A, B or C describes physical appearance only. Grades A, B and C are refurbished devices.
- Battery: its condition is shown separately from the grade, on the listing.
- Unlocked: the listing states whether the phone is unlocked, meaning it has no carrier lock.
- Sealed: only for New devices whose original box and protective film were intact when iMara received the phone. It is not an extra warranty.
30-day warranty
Every device is covered by a 30-day warranty from pickup: repair or replacement, and a refund only if that is impossible. Breakage, oxidation and water damage, misuse and software modifications (root, jailbreak) are not covered.
